Lesson fees are to be paid at the start of each lesson.

Card payments only.

Pick Up & Finish Locations for Lessons

You should agree where your lessons will start and finish when making any lesson booking.

If you request a different meeting or finishing place to that already agreed, your lesson may be shortened to cover any additional travelling time to avoid disrupting other lessons and tests.

Test Dates

Please discuss test bookings with me to ensure a mutually agreeable test date, time and location.

In the interest of customer and public safety the DVSA have asked instructors not to present students for tests before they are up to test standard. Therefore, if the instructor is of the opinion that your driving is potentially dangerous, they will advise you to postpone the test date and reserve the right to refuse the use of the tuition vehicle.

Ensure that you have the required documentation when taking the test.

Disclaimer

You should declare any penalty points, convictions or disqualifications before you start your driving lessons.

Use of a Just4U Driving School Car for a Test

A car will not be available for a test if you have taken less than 10 hours of lessons with me.

As stated above you must discuss and book a mutually agreeable test date, time and location with me - if you do not do this a car may not be available for your test date.

Instructor reserves the absolute right to refuse at any time the use of the car for test (or lesson) if…

1. Your driving is considered below the standard required for the test.

2. Your driving is considered not likely to reach the required standard in the time available and you are unwilling to put your test date back to give yourself the necessary time to reach test standard.

3. Your driving standard has been adversely affected by the cancellation of lessons for whatever reason.

4. You appear unwell or to be affected by the influence of alcohol, drugs taken for medical or any other purpose or any other reason.

5. Lesson or test fees remain unpaid.

Lesson & Test Cancellations

Bookings are accepted only on the express understanding that your instructor and/or Just4U Driving School will not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, claims or losses caused or incurred from you or any third parties following our refusal or inability to provide a car for any reason or test, for the lack of availability of any vehicle or instructor for a lesson or test or from a cancellation of any lesson or test how so ever caused or for whatever reason.
